You can make a booking online, by calling our venues directly or simply walking into the venue of your choice. We do recommend making bookings in advance to guarantee you’ll secure a room as we are regularly very busy, especially in the evening.

Each standard private karaoke room hire booking is for 1 hours, booking for groups 10 and above people will be 2 hours minimum booking. . If you book on the website you booking will be for this period of time. However, if you wish to have a longer booking, please email [email protected], or ring one of the bars directly (contact details and be found on each individual venue page)

Smithfields 4 – 30 people
Soho 5 – 12 people
Mayfair 2 – 12 people
Birmingham 4 – 25 people

Sometimes there is no space at your selected time, however sometimes your booking may be too big to fit into one room, so we need to offer you other options such as multiple room hire. For other bookings such as cocktail masterclasses and kids party we need to book these in manually. Please fill in the enquiry form that appears and our team will do their best to accommodate your booking.

The minimum booking for our private rooms is 1 hour and for the large rooms (10 & 30 people) the minimum booking is for 2 hours, after which customers can book in half-hour time slots (or more if they wish and the room is available). When arriving for a booking, please allow for a 5- 10 minute grace period before entering our rooms so that previous guests can exit and we can clean/prepare the room for your use. Please check in with reception when you arrive for your bookings! Bookings for the whole month of December are non-refundable & reschedulable. For the months from January to November:

Cancellations must take place over 48 hours before the booking with 10% admin fee will be deducted from the amount. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund, Cancellations on the same day are non-refundable.

Karaoke Box is strictly 21st venues. We do cater for under 18s, however these are limited to particular times. Please contact the venue directly to book if anyone under 21 or 18 is joining you on the big day. If your little bundle of joy is an aspiring popstar or disco diva, our kids parties are perfect for birthday celebrations or a unique day out.

Available on at all venue Mondays to Saturdays at Karaoke Box Smithfield and Monday to Sunday to Soho, Mayfair, Birmingham kids party takes place in one of our private karaoke pods and offers youngsters the chance to spend two hours singing, shouting and letting it all out in their own soundproof room.

Yes, you are able to book an area in the bar for before/after your sing, or simply if you fancy popping down purely for some drinks and food at our Smithfield bar. Please email [email protected] with the date, time and number of people and our team will be happy to help. Please note, for our Soho venue tables cannot be booked and are assigned on a first come first serve basis.

Yes, all our venues are available for full venue hire. Prices are bespoke, so please email [email protected] with the date you’re after and our team will do their best to make your event the best it can be!

All Karaoke Box venues have a variety of drinks packages available: KBox Drinks Packages. You can add these packages by emailing [email protected] N.B: Drinks packages can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer at Karaoke Box. including the free round of shots that birthday and hen/stag bookings usually receive; drinks packages are limited to one package/room; and drinks packages aren’t available during our Christmas period. Prices vary depending on venue, day and time.
