Room Hire Policy (T&Cs)
Please note that we are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
– Failure to cooperate will result in termination of your session with no refunds –
- The minimum booking for our private rooms is 1 hour and for
the large rooms (20 & 30 people) the minimum booking is for
2 hours, after which customers can book in half-hour
time slots (or more if they wish and the room is available). When
arriving for a booking, please allow for a 5-10 minute grace period
before entering our rooms so that previous guests can exit and we
can clean/prepare the room for your use.

Bookings for the whole month of December are non-refundable & reschedulable.
For the months from January to November:Cancellations must take place over 48 hours before the booking with 10% admin fee will be deducted from the amount. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund, Cancellations on the same day are non-refundable. - Karaoke Box operates until 3 AM and the date does not change at midnight, so e.g. for booking after 12AM Saturday morning your booking date should be Friday night.As our license is until 3AM, please bear in mind when making a booking, not to book until 3AM (for eg you can book 00.45-2.45, but not 1-3) This is in case you arrive late to the booking, or if we are unable to get you in on time due to the previous room. We will not be able to give any extra time to rooms after 3AM.
- Please note that we do not hold bookings without payment or with deposit. Full Payment is required.
- We recommend that you book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Also, our larger rooms tend to book up faster than the smaller ones, so please bare this in mind when planning a party.
- We do allow extra people, though still reserving the right to refuse based on circumstance (i.e. if the venue or room will be too overcrowded). Customers must make reception aware of extra people, at which point they will be charged £10 per person/per hour upon arrival.
- We are NOT responsible for any lost property or the ones left in the cloakroom. Should any items be found and handed into reception, they will be kept for a maximum of 14 days and then disposed of if left unclaimed. Please bear in mind we cannot review the CCTV without the attendance of the police.
- Please note that we do not allow any bags or large items on the main area of the bar due to health and safety reasons.
- All rooms, regardless of size, support only two microphones at a time, and additional mics will not work with our system.
- We advise you to be careful with the booking date, because we are not responsible for any mistakes and we may not be able to move it or to give you the full session. Also, please note that the rooms have different capacities, but all rooms of the same size share the same layout, so we reserve the right to change the bookings from one room to another (same size).
- We have a minimum requirement of one drink per customer purchased from the bar (alcoholic/non-alcoholic). Drinks are not included in our room fees and must be paid for separately.
- Free or discounted drinks and rooms are not offered.
- There is a 12.5% service charge fee for our customers added onto the room tab. The tab holder is responsible for the payment and if the bill is not settled, we reserve the right to charge the card left with us.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry as well as the right to ask any customer to leave the premises and terminate their session sans refund, should they fail to comply with our T&Cs. Our closing times are also subject to change, and remains the decision of the manager, without the need to give prior notice.
- We do not allow customers to bring outside food or drink into our venue. However, drinks checked in to the cloakroom will be returned, and we allow birthday cakes to be brought in as well (candles and sparklers not allowed).
- Due to health and safety concerns, we do not allow for customers to stand or jump on any of the furniture – including sofas, tables, and stools.
- We reserve the right to terminate your session without any refunds if any damage is caused, particularly those by careless action, you will also have to have to pay for the damage, and the loss of business, in accordance with management’s decision. Failure or refusal to pay will result in us taking police action, during which time the customer must wait in the venue until authorities arrive. Additionally, any inappropriate, and/or abusive behaviour towards the staff, or other customers, may result in the immediate ejection from the premises, at which point no refunds may be made.
- It is possible to incur a cleaning charge if the mess made in our venue calls for it. This can include anything from vomit, stains, or dirt and charges can range anywhere from £50 – £150.
- We have a strict age policy which prohibits those under 18 from remaining in the venue after 18.00pm. Valid ID must be provided for proof of age, which will be checked by security along with any bags upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, sans refund, if you appear to be too intoxicated and/or unable to stand.
- Final entry is one hour before the venue closes, after which time entrance will be refused. If your room is booked with at least 24 hours’ notice, the final entry time is 02.00am on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The bar will close 30 minutes before closing time (as stated by the manager). We reserve the right to close both the venue and bar earlier, without prior notice.
- No vaping or smoking is permitted inside the venue or the rooms.
- If you have less people than originally planned on the night, the room must still be kept without refund or credit. Any need for changes, including altering room size, requires at least 48hours notice and we allow just one change to the booking.
- We expect customers to dress in smart-casual clothing, though more elegant garments are certainly encouraged!
- Late arrival will result in time lost and the session will end as previously agreed, unless you wish to extend (depending on availability). We reserve the right to resell the room if the party fails to show up within an hour of their booking time. If you think you will be late, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. No-shows result in no refund, rescheduling, transfer, or credit of any kind.
- If you book 2 rooms and all your party ends up in one room, then we reserve the right to sell the other room at no compensation.
- For the rooms booked for parties under 18, please send an email announcing the premises about that, the under 18 years of age must leave the premesis by 18.00 hours.
- Please note due to the small kitchen in our premises, we need a notice of one week upfront before any food pre order and a max of 10 items per room; sent via email with a confirmation from our part as well. During December kitchen opens at 8:30PM! to 00.00
- For the drinks pre order please send us an email as well to avoid any inconvenience (also please bear in mind that there is a service charge added on the pre orders).
- To book the bartender in the VIP room you need to make a request via email at least one week upfront and make sure you get the confirmation from our part (any verbal agreements will not be accepted). Please note there will be a fee per hour for the bartender, For December bookings the bartender for the VIP it is not available, due to the busy period!
- Please bear in mind that due to the regular updates that are running on the systems, some songs might end up not working. Keep calm and sing another tune!!
- Please note that either the room charges or tab payments can be split on a maximum of 4 cards (due to the high capacities of the rooms)
- Please note: For the same day bookings (walk-ins) made over the phone we reserve the right to book automatically the minimum of one hour. The maximum booking that we can take over the phone is 2 hours.
